Word came today of the death Saturday of Larry Hawk, a former colleague of mine on McDonald Borough Council. He was 75.Larry's obituary describes his long service in the U.S. Armed Forces and his receipt of the Purple Heart.
During his five years on McDonald Council, Larry devoted many hours to coordinating the borough's public works department.
Please remember Larry's wife, Lucy, and their family in your prayers.
