I did a double-take when I first saw the photo above at GrassrootsPA. But, a quick Google search proved it was true ... Hollywood legend Mickey Rooney really did attend Governor Rendell's 2nd Inaugural earlier this week. According to many of the news reports, he's a friend of Lt. Guv CBK.The AP photo is by Bradley C. Bower.
