Over at Save The GOP, Sam Berninger explains his vote in today's South Carolina Republican presidential primary. Saturday voting must have clouded his thinking -- he went with Fred.Sam's a fellow veteran of the campaign trenches in Western PA. We knocked on doors together in both the 'burgh and Washington County.
