SPC & the Bridges

Another update on a previous post: The O-R's Scott Beveridge reports today that the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (one of those incredibly powerful government agencies that often seems to go unnoticed by the general population) has earmarked funds to repair some of our region's deteriorating bridges.
